Manta Lodge Dive Trip February 22-24

Join us diving at North Stradbroke Island's World Class Dive Sites! Home to an amazing variety of marine life, including manta rays, turtles, leopard sharks, reef sharks, wobbegongs, and dolphins. The diverse coral reefs and rock formations also support hundreds of species of tropical fish.

A dive experience that combines incredible marine life, stunning natural landscapes, with the charm of island life, this trip is not to be missed.

Full Price $650 per diver. $200 Deposit required to book. 

Trip Includes:

• Return ferry & transfers from Cleveland Ferry Terminal to Manta Lodge

• 2 nights accommodation at Manta Lodge in twinshare room with another trip member. 

• 4x guided dives with tanks, weights, and nitrox

Itinerary:

Day 1: Saturday 22nd Feb

10:55am Ferry Departure Cleveland, and transfer to Manta Lodge

11:45am Afternoon double boat dive

Day 2: Sunday 23rd Feb

6:45am Morning double boat dive

Afternoon to relax and explore the island

Day 3: Monday 24th Feb

9:25am return ferry.

Trip Excludes:

• Transport arrangements getting to and from Cleveland Ferry Terminal prior to, and on return from the trip. 

• Food and drink 

• Personal Dive Insurance    

• For multiple dives per day or multiple days of diving, a minimum preflight surface interval of 18 hours is suggested. Dive Newcastle recommends 24 hours to err on the side of safety.  

• For dives requiring decompression stops, 24 hours minimum is recommended. 

  To err on the side of safety, many divers plan a 24-hour surface interval or longer and spend their time exploring topside attractions.

• All divers need to follow the recommendation given by the manufacturer of the dive computer regarding No Fly Times and should always take the most conservative approach in regards to flying after diving. Waiting longer before flying when possible after diving and exploring the top side during this period is always your best approach. This information is discussed further and in more detail during your dive course.

Cancellation Policy 

Tours may be cancelled by Manta Lodge at anytime due to weather conditions, if so participants are able to transfer their booking to another date or receive a refund for unused services.

Cancellations made by participants for any reason;

- Less than 28 days prior to commencement of the trip forfeit their non-refundable deposit.

- Less than 14 days prior to the commencement of tour incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
